In addition to many years of practical experience in server construction, we bring with us many safeguards in the form of pre-sales and a detailed test procedure that rule out misconfigurations or problems with the server.
Sequence of the test procedure:
- Initial power up and check firmware versions + BIOS.
- Memtest to check the main memory
- Installation and testing of Windows Server 2019 and all important drivers
- BurnInTest for 24 hours
- Simultaneous check of the LEDs and the IPMI
- Printout of the test certificate and photograph of the server + certificate
And as an additional safeguard, we grant you a 3-year warranty on every server assembly. Furthermore, we offer you useful services for the finished server. Here you will find our offer for after-sales support

WHERE ARE THE SERVERS BUILT?
We can proudly claim that every configuration is a professionally assembled server and bears the label Server Built in Germany! Our production is located about 20km southeast of Munich, Bavaria, Germany.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD MY SERVER?
Your servers will be built in the shortest possible time. We need around 10 working days for your individual server until it is ready for dispatch. We use around 5-6 working days for pure construction (significantly faster if all components are available immediately) and 3-4 working days for extensive testing. This way we can guarantee that everything works perfectly and that we can keep our high standards regarding customer satisfaction. Of course, we will procure the necessary components for your server. We will inform you in advance about the delivery time of the missing individual parts and a server price calculation.
Since a server represents a large investment, we also offer you a leasing option. You can find more information here Leasing

The only factors that are considered are the availability of the components and the technical compatibility or quality of the configuration. The latter is additionally checked by us in pre-sales.
