There are no travel, personnel or installation costs for you.

A system purchased from us is covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the statutory provisions. Failures that occur after these 2 years and are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty must be borne by you in material replacement.

We bear the cost risk for hardware defects that extend beyond the duration of the manufacturer's warranty.

Details

The CTT Retention Service can be concluded alone at the time of the system purchase or in combination with the CTT Services "On-site Service", "Express Advance Exchange Service" or "Warranty Extension". If concluded in combination with one of the aforementioned CTT Services, the performance period shall extend over the duration of the concluded CTT Service.
Only all hard disks of a system can be included in the CTT Retention Service together. A subsequent conclusion of the CTT Retention Service is possible up to 4 weeks after the purchase of the system.
When concluding a CTT Retention Service without an accompanying CTT Service, a term of 36, 48 or 60 months can be selected.
